Mark is a LEED AP (Accredited professional) who has worked with the LEED building rating system as well as the Pilot Program for the LEED ND (neighborhood designation) program.  While Mark promotes the benefits of sustainable project, he also understands that LEED, Energy Star and other rating programs are not ends in themselves but a means to an end in achieving the environmental, operational, financial and sales goals for each project.  Mark has worked with PVC solar arrays and understands the technical and financial programs for their implementation.  He also understands the marketability of sustainability programs and how to craft public relations strategies and marketing campaigns to maximize the benefits of environmental initiatives.
